A seven-member Board of Directors guides  ODCA North America. This governing body provides strategic oversight, sets policies, and ensures the effective management of the organization’s cultural, educational, and community programs. The Board is responsible for upholding ODCA’s mission and values, approving budgets, monitoring financial accountability, and evaluating organizational performance. In addition, the Board plays a vital role in fostering partnerships, advising on long-term vision, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
